Event Policies

Clients will conduct themselves with maturity and dignity and will not abuse the alcohol provided.

The Wednesday Winery reserves the right to terminate abusive accounts.

Clients may terminate account and/or subscription at any time without penalty.

The Wednesday Winery is not liable for users’ intoxication, physical condition, or illegal behaviors during or after event.

We host positive, family-friendly events. So while all ages are welcome to attend, no persons under the age of 21 may drink alcohol at our events, regardless of location.

Clients are responsible for any damage done at property or rental space. Client agrees to pay for all damages.

Client is responsible for any additional costs accrued by fault of client.

The Wednesday Winery will adhere to any Covid policies set forth by rental space and client agrees to do the same.

The Wednesday Winery has the right to take and use your photo for the website and additional promotional or social media platforms.

The person who registered for the event is responsible for each guest's actions and agree to be held personally and financially liable.

No one in the client’s guest list may sue The Wednesday Winery. The client agrees to settle all disputes outside of court.

The Wednesday Winery may decide not to work with a guest for any reason at any time. Guests behaving inappropriately or causing any member of TWW to feel unsafe may cause the event to end prematurely and 100% of the bill will still be due. A Discourtesy Fee of $300 will also be added. All clients who book with us agree to be liable for this additional fee as well as all original booking fees.

Sales Policies

We do everything in our power to make every single event a fun, stress-free experience for our clients. In all our time as an establishment, we have never heard a single customer complaint or served up a poor experience for which our customers have asked for a refund. We intend to keep it that way, but in the very unlikely event you are unsatisfied with our service, our policy is as follows:
Because we are unable to return wine that has already been purchased or consumed, or take back wages already paid to our wine expert, we are unable to offer a refund if a customer is unsatisfied with their experience. The only exception to this is if there was gross negligence on the part of The Wednesday Winery. If you have an unpleasant experience, we absolutely want to hear about it so we can do whatever we can to make it right. Please reach out right away if that is ever the case.

Final payments are due one week before event, no exceptions. If payment is not secured, client will lose the date and initial deposit.

Rescheduling is available upon request, up to two weeks before the event.

If the client needs to reschedule within two weeks of event, they will be subject to a rescheduling fee, half of the total price of event.

Clients may cancel up to two weeks before event, losing the initial deposit.

Clients may cancel up to the day of, losing entire total cost of event.

Coupons and discounts are available, conditions apply.

Shipping costs may vary, according to distance.
Our Privacy Policy
TL;DR: The Wednesday Winery is a family run business and does not use your personal information for anything other than what is necessary to bring you a great service. We do not sell your info to advertisers or do anything with it that we wouldn't want done with our own.
